Who We Are

Mariana IT Institute is a practical, career-focused technical training institute committed to developing skilled and responsible IT professionals. Our primary objective is to provide interested students with hands-on training in modern information technology, computer hardware, CCTV surveillance systems, networking, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various IT products.

We aim to create a learning environment where students gain more than theoretical or textbook knowledge. Through practical training and real-world assignments, they learn how to diagnose technical problems, find effective solutions, communicate professionally with customers, and perform their responsibilities with confidence and discipline.

Technology is developing rapidly, and the use of computers, laptops, CCTV cameras, networking devices, printers, and other IT products is increasing every day. As technology becomes an essential part of homes, offices, businesses, educational institutions, and industries, the demand for skilled and responsible technicians and service engineers is also growing.

However, a certificate alone is not enough to succeed in the professional world. Students also require proper technical knowledge, regular hands-on practice, real working experience, customer-service skills, professional discipline, and the ability to solve practical problems. Mariana IT Institute has been established to provide a complete, employment-oriented training system by combining all these essential elements.

Our Mission

Our mission is to develop skilled, honest, responsible, and self-reliant IT professionals through Mariana IT Institute. Students will have the opportunity to work with real equipment and receive practical training under the guidance of experienced trainers.

The training programs may include CCTV camera installation, DVR and NVR configuration, IP camera setup, cable wiring, RJ45 crimping, networking, desktop computer assembling, Windows and software installation, laptop and desktop troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, maintenance, and other essential IT services.

Along with technical training, students will also learn customer communication, service reporting, work discipline, time management, workplace safety, teamwork, and professional behaviour. We believe that technical knowledge alone does not make a successful service professional.

A skilled technician must also be able to listen carefully to customers, understand their problems, communicate politely, recommend suitable solutions, and complete every assigned task responsibly and within the expected time.

After successfully completing their training, students may receive opportunities to participate in different projects and assignments associated with Mariana IT Bazaar and Mariana Infotech. These opportunities will depend on their technical knowledge, practical ability, discipline, communication skills, quality of work, overall performance, and the current requirements of the organization.

By participating in real assignments, students will be able to gain valuable professional experience. They may also receive compensation for completed work according to the organization’s applicable terms and policies.

Our goal is to ensure that students do not complete their training with only a certificate. We want them to apply their knowledge in real working environments and gradually establish themselves as capable IT technicians, service engineers, or IT professionals.

Our Vision

Our vision is to bring education, technology, IT product sales, installation, and after-sales service together within one integrated and sustainable ecosystem. This ecosystem consists of three important organizations: Mariana IT Institute, Mariana IT Bazaar, and Mariana Infotech.

Mariana IT Institute

Mariana IT Institute will develop the skilled IT workforce required for the growth of our organization. Students will receive practical training in modern technology, computer hardware, CCTV surveillance systems, networking, troubleshooting, and various IT services.

Mariana IT Bazaar

Mariana IT Bazaar will provide customers with computers, laptops, desktops, CCTV products, networking equipment, printers, software, accessories, and other IT products and solutions.

Mariana Infotech

Mariana Infotech will provide installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, technical support, and after-sales services for various IT products, including products sold through Mariana IT Bazaar.

Our long-term objective is to establish a strong professional connection among these three organizations. Mariana IT Bazaar will sell and supply IT products, Mariana Infotech will provide technical support and after-sales services, and Mariana IT Institute will prepare the skilled workforce required to perform these services.

We want to build a strong and sustainable IT ecosystem where students can receive practical training, participate in real projects, gain professional experience, and create opportunities to earn through their skills.

At the same time, our organization will be able to deliver faster, more reliable, and higher-quality services to customers through its own trained workforce. This integrated system will support both the professional growth of our students and the long-term development of the Mariana IT group.
